A first class made for little ones.
For a toddler, stepping into a new activity is already a big moment. Elevate Kids introduces simple martial arts routines through movement, repetition and positive participation.
Short instructions. Achievable activities. Time to practise. The focus is on helping children feel comfortable joining in and discovering what they can do.

YOUR FIRST VISIT
A simple start.
A friendly welcome.
No previous experience is needed. The free trial gives your child an introduction to the class and gives you a chance to ask questions.
Parents do not participate on the mats. If you’re unsure how your little one will settle into a new activity, mention it when you enquire so we can talk it through.
Your first-class checklist
- When: Thursday at 10:00 am. The session runs for 30 minutes.
- What to wear: Shorts and a T-shirt for the trial. Children wear a karate uniform for ongoing classes.
- Parents: Children take part without parents joining them on the mats.
- Where: Unit 14, 118 Queens Road, Five Dock NSW 2046.
- Cost: Your child’s first trial is Free. Ask us about ongoing membership and uniform details.
- Before you come: Contact us to arrange your trial and discuss any questions about your child.

Is my child old enough to start?
Elevate Kids is designed for ages 2–4. Contact us with your child’s age and any questions about joining in, and we can discuss whether the class is a suitable starting point.
Does my child need to know any karate?
No. This is an introduction to movement and simple martial arts routines. Beginners are welcome.
Do parents join in?
No. Parents do not participate on the mats. Ask us about arrangements for your first visit when booking the trial.
What if my child is shy or takes time to settle?
Starting a new activity can feel unfamiliar. Let us know how your child usually responds to new environments so we can discuss the first class with you.
What should my child wear?
Shorts and a T-shirt are suitable for the trial. Children wear a karate uniform for ongoing classes. We can explain the uniform details when you enquire.
When is the class, and how long does it run?
Thursday at 10:00 am. Each session runs for 30 minutes at our Five Dock academy.
Is the trial free?
Yes, the first trial is free. Contact us to arrange a class and ask about ongoing fees.
My child is four. Which program should I choose?
There is an age overlap with our older preschool program. Contact us and we can help you choose an appropriate starting class for your child.
